Refunds and Disputes

Refund and dispute handling

How billing concerns, refund requests, and payment disputes are reviewed for quote-based business infrastructure services.

General refund position

Most Yunhu Networks LLC services are business-to-business, quote-based, and may involve reserved infrastructure resources, provisioning work, address allocation, deployment preparation, or third-party capacity commitments. Because of this, fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant resource, service window, or delivery work has been committed or activated, unless otherwise stated in the governing commercial documents.

If a refund, credit, or billing adjustment is available, it will normally be handled according to the specific order terms, invoice notes, contract language, or a documented service review outcome.

How to request review

If you believe there is a billing error or a service delivery issue, contact us promptly with the invoice reference, service name, relevant dates, and a clear explanation of the concern.

We may request additional technical, operational, identity, or account information before determining whether a refund, credit, or corrective action is appropriate.

Dispute handling

Customers are expected to raise billing or delivery concerns directly with Yunhu Networks LLC before filing a card or payment dispute. This usually leads to faster clarification because many issues involve service scope, provisioning status, or contract interpretation rather than an unauthorized charge.

We reserve the right to provide invoices, order records, provisioning logs, communications, compliance records, or service documentation when responding to a payment processor, bank, or legal request relating to a dispute.

No abuse or unauthorized use refunds

Refunds or credits may be denied where the issue arises from customer misuse, policy violations, incomplete onboarding information, delayed approvals, sanctions or compliance concerns, third-party abuse, or a failure to follow agreed deployment or access instructions.
